TEST ADMINISTRATORS: Please call the DMDC Support Center (DSC) at 800-372-7437 for password resets, account unlocks, and any networking/slowness/freezing issues or error messages. It is strongly advised to get a DSC ticket number from the representative you speak with if your issue cannot be resolved, or if you need to be transferred. Also, TAs, please give us a call if a student needs more than 10 days to finish the CEP test since a database update will be required; ask to be transferred to iCAT Tier 2. Thank you.
